Mandip K Sahota
In a career that has spanned 20 years in the public, private and nonprofit sectors, Mandip transformed ideas into international grant programmes and award-winning regional programmes. A former civil servant, she advised ministers on international strategies to gender, faith, human rights and Islamic Finance at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office. She also led a grant-making charity for three years. Mandip is on the Board of Virgin Money Foundation, Batley Multi-Academy Trust, SAFE, and LSE Faith Centre. Mandip is also a member of the Centre for Public Impact’s People’s Panel.
Rodney has worked in the charity sector for 13 years and journalism for 21 years, including stints at the BBC and Channel 4. Within the Charity sector, Rodney worked as a grant funder and development manager having supported local voluntary groups, helped manage funds to start-up/ support projects that help to improve the health and well-being of people of all ages. He has supported charities with structural development, taking charge of marketing campaigns, brand development, website creation and writing press releases. Rodney is also the NED at Lads need Dads.
We've known Tom for years so we're delighted he's part of our collective. Well-connected and experienced, Tom facilitates the technical production of videos - clients gain an in-house production company! With over 25 years experience, Tom started his career in television and video production. A sound recording specialist, Tom has worked on news, current affairs, video editing, documentaries, factual and entertainment television, and latterly corporate communications.
