Get to know the team behind Strategies & Stories. We work as a Collective. We match every project to our network of strategists, designers, videographers, wordsmiths, or marketing experts - creating a team which best meets your needs. Every project is led by either Mandip ('Strategies') or Rodney ('Stories'). We love adding more specialists to our Collective - email to join.
Mandip K Sahota
Founder and Lead Strategist
Over the last 20 years, my career has spanned law, central government and non-profit management. I've had the privilege to work on some of the most pressing social challenges at a local, national and international level. I started my own social impact agency to share my experience and help clients accelerate their social impact.
I'm naturally curious - so I'm always thinking of how we can do things differently. Not just to be different. But because my experience across industries means I spot synergies and believe in driving change through collaborative and inclusive design. It's the only way programmes and ideas can be sustainable. I passionately believe in designing and developing programmes which advance the UN SDGs - not just because I worked in government when they were developed - but because they are a globally shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet. Using their metrics, we can measure impact locally, nationally and globally.
In the last 10 years, I've transformed ideas into international grant programmes and award-winning regional programmes. Every time, I focus on three things: strategic development, identifying the right partners, and measuring real-world impact. Arrange an introductory conversation with me.
